Prompting Tips
There are specific keys words that trigger specific camera angles:
- Extreme close-up - Really zooms into the eyes of the subject, showing fine details of facial features
- Close-up shot - Frames the face of the subject, focusing on expressions and emotions
- Medium shot - Zooms out to reveal the shoulders and upper body, showing more context while maintaining focus on the subject
- Long shot - Shows the subject's full figure with some surrounding environment for context
- Full body shot - Frames the subject from head to toe
These keywords trigger specific camera perspectives and viewing angles:
- Front on - Subject is mostly looking at the camera, creating direct engagement with the viewer
- Bilaterally symmetrical - Subject is centered and symmetrically framed, creating a balanced and formal composition
- Side view - Shows the side profile view of the subject, highlighting silhouette and contours
- From behind - Places the camera behind the subject, showing the back view and what the subject might be looking at
- From above - Camera positioned higher than the subject looking downward, can make subject appear smaller or vulnerable
- From below - Camera positioned lower than the subject looking upward, can make subject appear larger or more powerful
- Wide angle view - Uses a wide lens to capture more of the scene, often with some perspective distortion at the edges
- Fisheye view - Extreme wide angle that creates strong circular distortion, bending straight lines and exaggerating perspective
- Overhead shot - Camera directly above the subject looking straight down, showing a top-down view
- Hero view - Low angle shot that makes the subject appear heroic, powerful, or imposing
- Selfie - Shot that appears to be taken by the subject themselves, typically showing face and upper body with an extended arm
- POV view - Point-of-view shot showing what the subject would see, as if through their eyes
